“Okay well I’ll put the form in the bag so when you have time ahead and sign up”
BAM is a nice store. I wish they had more food and coffee options, but the store is clean and easy to peruse. The staff seems friendly and hard working.
“ I mean if you join today, you get 15% off your $7.86 purchase?”
“No thanks, I’m not interested in signing up for a card. Im in a bit of rush”
This is a great place to go for not just books and little fun gifts. Huge selection on blind box figurines, stationary, office stuff, and graphic novels too. Prices are decent. The one thing I dislike and have experienced multiple times in this BooksAMillion is the aggressive sales pitch to join their loyalty program. I know the salespeople are probably forced to be this way but seriously they pack on the peer pressure like no other. This is how it usually goes for me at checkout when I am asked to join:
“I said no I don’t want to, I am in a rush”
Better overall bookstore and larger magazine selection.
“You get to choose 2 magazine subscriptions for an entire year when you sign up, look at all these options” *pulls out form*
