If a negative rating score were available, this place would get one. No matter it is a trailer park decimated by the flooding last summer, the condition of the service, the "so called road/drive way" has 20 year old pot holes 4-8 inches deep which cannot be avoided no matter the path you take, a caretaker and her extremely un-jolly band of permanent residents, sewer stench from hell due to not a single sewer cap or cover on any drain on any site. Trash strewn immediately behind each and every lot, even though 2 dumpster are available on premise. A minimum of 4-5 residents must work for Uber or have their own on-call drug delivery service 24/7's. Paid for a week, and yes received the warning about "no refunds, no exceptions, never! CASH ONLY! You will regret it, I have, many times over...

I stopped over for a single night, and it suffices enough for that. For the one nights fee though the amenities were sparse, the lights were busted in the bathroom, and the whole place felt fairly run down. Seemed to be more of an actual trailer park than a campground, I was the only one on site that wasn't a permanent set up i think.

Manager is fabulous! Very friendly and helpful with anything a newcomer might have a quesition for. Other campers were very helpful and friendly, although there seemed to be one or two malcontents. Overall a very jolly stay.

Quite cozy and friendly

For a solitary night, it's okay enough, but I didn't feel entirely comfortable there, and I've camped at state parks for half the price and everything all around was much higher quality.

Ms. Donna favors people and is a hypocrite. She is rude and spiteful and tries to kick you out for nothing and starts issues with everyone

Another turn off was the manager warning me that if I planned to shower or use the toilet, she recommended doing so during daylight hours or to drive from my camper to the bathrooms(maybe a four minute ish walk from the back of the campground where I was placed.)
