I've been a loyal customer for Benny's for years. Nothing but great things to say, until today. I brought in a flatbed dually truck of mine, to get the outside cleaned and the inside cleaned. It's a regular 8 foot flatbed, nothing extravagant. Last week they change the oil on it, and the fuel filter, no problem. When I was ready to pony up for the expensive inside detail,
Chase was super polite and helpful. I believe this is the 2nd time I've dealt with him and he has been super nice both times. Even offered me some bottled water while I waited. The Benny's team works quickly. I had both an oil change and an inspection done and was out of there in no time. Also a short dark-haired girl (didn't catch her name) assisted this time as well and was also very friendly and helpful.
Excellent spot. Every employee I saw here was working hard and doing a great job. I’m looking forward to going back.
They absolutely refused to do the inside or the outside of it. I was appalled. This doesn't make much sense.
I really like the quickness but thorough job this car wash does. After a quick wash you have option to use free vacs...big plus or pull into full service.... Tuesday's ladies day and they thoroughly clean inside of ur car for u at 1/2 price and still with quickness. Approx. 7 mins start to finish with my car. Heck under 10 mins I am happy :-)
Vacuum much? This car wash is run down AF. No joke. The vacuums are half broke or don't suck much more than anything. Do yourself a favor and go to GeauxGo car wash. Newer equipment and better place overall.
