EDIT: Turns out my husband had already called and promised to pay on Friday. So why thy made a house call is beyond me and I'm pretty sure they can't just go to your house and job and harass everybody for info.
My husband used them which is something I didn't know about. I don't know when he took out the loan but it had to be last year because she didn't have the number he changed it to over 6 months ago. Anyways, a lady with a clipboard from there showed up at my door asking me a bunch of questions and wanted to know which bank he worked at. She said he hadn't made a payment since February. Im not defending my husband for not paying a loan he took out but she showed up at my house (and apparently his job) after 1 or 2 missed payments. It just really rubbed me the wrong way. Obviously, he had been paying it off for some time now and then she shows up bugging his spouse over a missed payment. She was really persistent and didn't seem to understand I didn't have a lot of information to give her besides his new cell phone number. I just really really cannot stand rude people.
