I could probably give it more stars, however I'm not sure about how the employees act or their services because they're suppose to open at 830 AM and the store isn't open yet. I sat in the parking lot for 10 minutes hoping it would open because I need to ship a package. 4 other potential customers stopped and left while I was waiting. Clearly they don't care enough about business to open on their scheduled hours.
I paid over $100 for overnight shipping. My package never left the building. When I went in to get my money back since they didn't deliver what was promised, the lady tried to only refund me a portion of the shipping. It took arguing and help from another employee to get all of my money back for my shipping, and they still charged me for packaging. Good customer service should refund the entire amount but don't expect that at this location. I'm very disappointed, and the ladies aren't productive in there. I would advise driving the extra mile or so and go to FedEx on College Drive. Save yourself the money and hair pulling.

They have moved to Towne Center beside Anytime Fitness. I went to return U-Verse equipment and the process was very simple and both employees working were really nice and made conversation while I was there. Another reviewer stated he got "Brunch" here but perhaps was confused, or could not spell.
Absolutely terrible service. They could not ship a ups box because I was using an account number to pay and ship. They then told me that I needed to go to another location but they didn't have it written down and they couldn't find the address. Absolutely rediculous.
