We will NEVER use Cole's again and would STRONGLY discourage everyone from using them as well! I don't want to give them any stars but it isn't an option.

My husband who is deployed to Afghanistan sent me roses from here. After 4 days, they started to droop terribly. I called and told them and they said they don't guarantee them. The same day he sent ANOTHER dozen that came from Heromann's and they are still perfect. Even the online retailers like ProFlowers offer a 7-day guarantee!
Flowers for my wedding were better than I could have imagined! When I saw my bouquet, I wanted to cry. It was gorgeous. The flowers in the church were perfect. At the reception guests were asking where I got the flowers! I could not believe the price. I will never go back to Heromans after using Coles. The value and quality is so much better. Customer service is important to me. I did not find that at other floral shops in Baton Rouge.
A floral arrangement was ordered through Cole's for an out of town funeral. The order was entered incorrectly by Cole's staff and the roses were the wrong color. When the mistake was brought to the manager's attention we were treated very callous. I would not recommend this florist.
