Awful customer service. Can't hardly ever find anyone in the store to help and when you do they have an attitude. Not a very pleasant place to go for your hardware needs. I'd rather take my business down the street to Sullivan's Hardware where the service is exceptional!
It's ok, but you're likely to get better service at Sullivan's just down the street. Selection and prices are comparable.
Everything you need in a hardware store. Only small complaint is there are never enough people free to help you find what you need.
