I love this store..this is my favorite store..the items they sell are great..no expensive ..very valuable and I loveeeeee it.customer service is the bomb...Kirklands u rock....❤️

I special ordered a package online and had it shipped to the store. I waited until I received the email stating that I could go pick it up. When I arrived at the store to pick up my package, they had no record of it. They asked me to show them the confirmation email and a picture of my items as they rummaged around the back looking for it. 20 minutes go by and they still haven't found it. When I go to ask the woman if they found my package yet, she presents me with the same items I ordered, however off of their sales floor. If I wouldn't wanted their floor model when I first came to the store two weeks ago I would have bought it then. I am most definitely not satisfied with the disorganization of their ship to store packaging system. This incident has also affected if I will ever do my future shopping with Kirkland's.
The store Manager is not friendly and she doesn't smile. She acts like someone owes her something and that's why this store gets a two because customer service was awesome well it was one particularly young lady l think that she was from Atlanta, Georgia. The store is clean and it always smells nice. They advertise things online that they don't have in the store so please always call before you because you might be very disappointed
