Ruined over 2000 dollars of dry clean only clothes, by saying my wife requested them to be washed and folded. My wife requested dry clean services on a bag of sorted clothes as she has in the past and a wash and fold of a comforter. I would avoid these people as they will not take responsibility for washing the dry clean only clothes. It should be common business sense that you would ruin these clothes, why would my wife ask for you to wash and fold them a bag of all sorted dry clean only clothes. I've been hung up on trying to get a resolution.

Good luck finding a machine that works. They all have out of order stickers on them. The maintenence is VERY low on all the machines. They have mold and soap build up all over them. The dryer didnt dry my load after TWO cycles. Two 1hr cycles and it STILL is not dry. Dont waste your money people...
Washiteria and an excelent friendly wash and fold service. And its open till 9! $1.25 a lb. I believe.
The lady who works the place is very rude and disinterested. My washer stopped in mid cycle with my clothes only being half washed. When I tried to get her to restart the machine at the point in which it stopped she refused and was really rude about it. I asked to speak to the manager and he was worst. This company has terrible customer relations and seem like they have real problems dealing with certain people in our society. Most of the machines are broken, and have been broken for some time.Bad service. Bad customer service. Shady people. Find another place to do your laundry.
