They do GOOD WORK!
They're able to make a set of keys from a lock that I brought in because I lost my keys
They were able to come out on the day I called which was very convenient and awesome! Downside is that the guy who came out to service our locks was the rudest person I've ever met in my whole life. RJ was extremely rude for the entire 2 hours he was here. So they are very quick, but the customer service was awful.
Today makes the second time I have called this company in an emergency situation in the past 3 months and they have responded amazingly fast both times! They have sent out extremely knowledgeable locksmiths and he even suggested ways for me to save money when changing my locks/keys. He taught me important ways to take care of the locks that I had no previous knowledge of and he even fixed a deadbolt lock that was never properly installed. I could not be more please with the service I received !
