I do like that you all let me spend my money here, I do not like that I can spend my money at an establishment and a COVERED employee can walk right past a pregnant woman in the rain struggling to put the things I bought in my car.
Friendly staff answering all questions with patience. It was my first time renting a Uhaul so I was nervous. Ran into a prob with renting and paying for equipment after picking it up but the night staff tried everything they could trying different techniques, a different equipment and were open and honest with their assistance. I was very upset almost in tears but after calling the next day to address my concern the manager was understanding and listened to complaint. He is a man of his word. Open Hearted and it reflects with his team.
My trailer rental was cancelled with no notification and no other locations in Baton Rouge had a trailer available so I had no other options to tow my vehicle. Terrible service
