Had a gentleman out to replace the glass in a mostly glass door. Was able to find the right size we needed to fix it that day, even if it wasn't exactly the same design as what we had. On time and very friendly.

Excellent service every time I have used Home360. I have used them for many years. Very reliable and professional.
very professional, called for repairing an oven that was hit by lightning, they called me just before the appointment to cancel it. repairman told me "i'm not going to come out just to take your money, i can't get parts for that oven anymore so you should just save your money and replace it."
Used them a few times, decent all around.
I've used them for two separate instances here. Once when i stepped through my attic in the main entrance to my home. The Home 360 tech squared up the hole, patched the hole to near perfection, and matched the paint so closely that the light has to hit just right to even see where the paint is ever so slightly discolored. This tech also offered to patch another hole elsewhere in my house at no additional cost. The other instance I've used them is due to a plumbing issue mentioned below.
I have used HOME360 for many projects and have always trusted what the Tech tells me. Home360 is honest and dependable. They warranty their work so I know I getting the best parts and labor available. I have them on my speed dial and highly recommend them.
As a Civil Engineer familiar with residential construction and DIYer, I understand a great deal pertaining to material costs and the effort required for home repairs. Every time I've gotten an estimate from Home 360 for one of the aforementioned repairs they've either been spot on with what I anticipated or less. The quality of their repairs is very good and I'd recommend to ANYONE that uses them to just openly communicate. If you want something done, just explain the best you can to the Home 360 techs. Trust me, they are there to help you and are genuinely interested in doing a great job.
I also had an electrician from here come out and he went everywhere searching for the burning smell that my wife reported after our lightning strike and then reassured us that there was nothing wrong with the house wiring, then he wrote us a report recommending the insurance company replace all our power strips not just our surge protectors after the lightning strike, which they accepted.
My first use of them was to fix a leak in my roof that had been present since the house had been built 3 years before. I called them and they said they'd send someone out to provide me with a quote. They also let you know that if you choose not to use them they would have a $75 fee for quoting the project, BUT would roll that into the repair fix if they were used. The roofer came out within a day of calling AND arrived early. He was friendly, informative, and extremely helpful. Not only did he repair the roof properly by removing a section of the plywood that had rotted underneath, replace the plywood, the felt underlayment, matched the shingles extremely close, and replaced shingles elsewhere on the roof that were compromised.
Highly recommend.
Plumbing:
A friend of mine's house had been recently renovated when she noticed her baseboards warping. Home 360 came out, gave a VERY reasonable estimate, cut a section out of her drywall, found the leak, and repaired it within 3 days. Since her wall texture was heavier than standard, the drywall tech said he believed he could match it and he did to near perfection. She was thoroughly impressed with Home 360's prompt response time and cordial employees.
I've utilized Home 360 on 3 different occasions for 3 different things and every single time they've never failed to impress me.
They are a service and, as such, cost more than doing something yourself. That said, they won't (and haven't) always been the cheapest in every area. I'd once gotten a quote from them for an A/C condenser replacement and they were WAY off from other reputable, local A/C companies. They won't always be the cheapest, but from the experiences I have had with them they will get a satisfactory job done!
Had a break in the main water line so water to the entire house cut off. No other plumber would even come out until next week. Guy from Home 360 was on time, friendly, and got us fixed up. Whoever put in the plumbing when the house was built did a stupid job doing it so the guy had to deal with a difficult fix (could not even warranty part of the work because of how badly the plumbing was done originally) but he got it done.
