Screen, offer on going training throughout the employment and discipline when needed.

This is sad how people are employed with certain position that should reflect care, concern, professionalism, kindness and respect. But you're faced with ignorance.

Fast service. In and out much quicker that an emergency room.

Be blessed not stressed

Went to the dermatology clinic here. Clinic was clean, and has hand sanitizer stations spread throughout. The nurses and doctors were awesome! The front desk staff was questionable but overall okay to deal with. My only problem (reason for 4 stars) was that it's not very mapped out. The clinic was hard to navigate if you'd never been there. You have to sign in at the front, not in the specific clinic, but nothing says that. Then they tell you to make your follow up appointment at the front, but they mean front of their clinic, not back at the front desk. Otherwise, pleasant experience.

Everyone has their own personal struggle and shouldn't reflect it on others, you're in a place of peace, health and helping.

I wasn't asking for a hand out, just a appointment to see my doctor.

One of the customer service Representative that took my call today name Sarita was very rude and unprofessional. I needed to schedule an appointment, Sarita tone was very unpleasant front the beginning. After briefly going through the process she asked for my health insurance information, I didn't have it on hand... I asked her did I need the card info before she could make the appointment(which wasn't until march) she said yes, I stated I'll need to call back once I print it out. Instead on her ending to call like a professional customer service Representative she just hung up. I called back to report her and someone different answered I asked" if there was anyway I could find out who I spoke with earlier" she said" NO" how can I help you?

Before I could finish explaining to her what happened she gives the phone to Sarita which went back a forward with me before giving me her name, however she doesn't give out her last name..... But she has all my information. REALLY

I suggest during and after the hiring process the company should:

Yours truly

Blessed and Highly Favored

Some of the nurse's don't check you you can be in so much pain and they don't care if your hurting or not I wouldn't recommend no one to go here if your in pain my last visit was horrible I had to go to the E.R. For help just sad

This place is very clean and the service was awesome during checking in Mrs kawanda was really helpful during the initial check in she did a good job explaining everything that we needed to do. Parking was kind of confusion because you park on the side and the front is directly off North foster. Mrs Belinda is the patient access rep that works at the at the Dermatologist there which is the area we had visited and she was so awesome she allowed us to call her and let her no that we were 45 late due to traffic and she didn't turn us around that was awesome. They do take medicaid and blue cross blue shell. I didn't use the rest room but they do offer a snack machine. There is a pharmacy also at this location. Mrs Shannon also was a fantastic intaker. She had Great Communication skills and knowledge to the work that she was doing. I don't no about the wait time because we were late! But it's been over a hour now. We have to wait on a room. I made it to the back and the Dr came in about 15 minutes but l will be back l had the pleasure of meeting MD Blair Budden and he was awesome and he treated us with the most highly integrity that a Dr could ever offer and ladies be aware that he is not bad on the eyes. I also met Dr Poche and he came in and checked my son out and he was awesome as well. Both Dr.'s shook my hands and they all made me feel like they wanted my services. I have included the direct number to the location because when you call in threw scheduling that's at another location they want give you that information. Yes they have what it takes to keep me bringing my son back. Because l look at the whole team and not a half of the team and this team is legit and whole! Thank you God for allowing me to me to have be able to meet these wonderful people today. P.s. I think that Dr. M.D. Is anointed by God yes he has away with people but it's real if you have any contact with Are even a relationship with God you can feel this man presence when he enters the Door it amazing and it Big! I no that no one man can have a Big loving spirit alone. It's something big in this Dr. Blair. P.s.
