Incredibly unreliable service. Four out of 5 scheduled pick ups to the airport the driver was either 15 minutes late or a no show. Several attempts to reach dispatch with no success as they never answered the phone. Will be using other more reliable services in the future.
The dispatcher staff is rude, unprofessional, and most of all a bucket of a waste of moral life. They are lazy and illiterate. The little guy Donovan, you won't talk to a man in person like that. We should boycott yellow cab until they get a complete new staff.
Smh They Start The Meter At 4.50.......... Even Uber And Lyft Don't Even Change That Much.....For Now On I'm Using Uber And Lyft

Dispatcher displayed a very ill-mannered and ignorant attitude because of a mistake that she made.. She had one job that she could not fulfill! Rude and very unprofessional!
In January of 2016, I was in Baton Rouge for an event at the Celtic Media Centre. Afterwards I was in desperate need of transportation back to my hotel, due to my ride having to leave early. Not being from the Baton Rouge area, someone called this company for me, and the driver quickly arrived and brought me back to my hotel in a timely manner. The driver was very friendly and I enjoyed visiting with him during the ride. Thank y'all so much for the friendly and fast service!!! I apologize, I should've written a review earlier, but I must've forgot. Yall are top notch and I will definitely use y'all again, next time I'm in Baton Rouge. Once again thank y'all!!!
