This place never ceases to amaze me. This complex, unlike many others, is very "resident friendly". The property managers are always having events that are family friendly. We make it a point to not miss them. Tonight we had a fall festival that was awesome. Lindsay outdid herself with the decor and Bryan made chili that was absolutely SUPERB! I love these apartments.
Since May 2017, the staff at Indigo Park have provided exceptional service. I have made service requests for new light bulbs and an air condition filter and they were replaced within 24 hours of my requests. The workers at the front desk (Lyndsay in particular) have personally delivered a package to me when they knew I was looking for it. The maintenance staff are incredibly friendly and efficient, and the grounds are spotless! Monthly updates are delivered regularly by email, and text message updates are sent when details are urgent. In turn, the positive attitude of the staff and loveliness of the property keep the residents happy, and as such our neighbors throughout the complex are expressively jovial. I am excited to come home to indigo, and I think anybody else would be too!
Such a great place to live. The staff cares about the residents, maintenance is efficient, and the apartments are absolutely wonderful. The new Resident Experience Manager Lyndsay is such a great person and is always happy to speak with residents about whatever we need. The parties she organizes are so much fun. I’m glad we have her here.
Lived there for a year and it was a great experience. The office personnel are professional and greet you at the door at a moments notice. The apartments are tidy and offer a "homey" atmosphere. We had the 3 bed room and it was more than enough space for our family. And the dog park in the back is a bonus for our pup. I highly recommend Indigo Park for all your living accommodations!
These guys are amazing! If you are looking for a place to call home and actually feel like you're listened to, cared for, and appreciated...look no further! The staff - all the way from the leasing agents to the maintenance crew to the management - are outstanding. They literally have gone out of their way for me during more times than I can count. And they are truly giving with their time, efforts, and professionalism. Ergo, I'm proud to call this place my home!
