This place has given me the run around since before I moved in, so again, please steer clear!
The only person who is working sincerely is Mr. Taylor. My appreciate to him ONLY . My air condition was OFF FOR 9 MONTHS WITHOUT ANY CONCERN FROM THE OFFICE . Calling hundreds times, going to the office thousands times BUT NO ATTENTION . The people who are working there , especially at this season fall2017, they need to be TRAINED ON HOW THEY RESPECT THE RESIDENTS AND HELP THEM EFFICIENTLY. Most times when I come there , only one person out of three helped me . One time, 2 persons just chatting on their phones and not even say hello or how we can help you. I had to wait one customer talking to one of the three and the other 2 continued chatting on their phones . That was so rude.
Whatever you do , don't move into Stadium Square !
DO NOT MOVE INTO STADIUM SQUARE. THE ROACHES WILL HAVE A PARTY IN YOUR FOOD AND FURNITURE. THEY ARE EVERY WHERE AND THE LANDLORD DOES NOT SEND ANYONE TO SPRAY AT ALL. THEY NEVER NEVER EVER FIX ANYTHING. THEY COULDN'T POSSIBLY CARE ANY LESS ABOUT THESE APARTMENTS THAN THEY ALREADY DO. TO SAY THEY CHARGE OVER $800 IN RENT YOU'D THINK THEY WOULD PUT MORE LOVE INTO THIS PLACE. ITS A SAD SHAME HOW THINGS LOOK, WORK AND OPERATE. THE SEWAGE IS SO BAD OVER THERE ITS RIDICULOUS. THEIR CONCERN IS TIGER PLAZA AND ALL THESE POINTLESS PARTIES AND ACTIVITIES!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY LOOKING OR MOVING INTO STADIUM SQAURE "THE ROACH HOTEL" THE STAFF IS CARELESS AND LAZY, THEY WILL MOVE YOUR FAMILY INTO A MOLD INFESTED APARTMENT. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY 27 YEAR OLD LIFE.
Since they won't respond AND are ruining my credit with a lease that was NEVER signed or renewed, I would like to state how disappointed I am in this company and their management. I lived there for one yr. I had no problems. I am being hit with collections for a lease that I NEVER renewed and that they can't even find. The year they "claim" I renewed the lease is the same time frame I moved to Texas and have THAT lease to show such. They won't remove it. I've disputed it. Management NEVER calls me back. I am moving to pursue legal action.
You've been warned. Do not move to STADIUM SQUARE APARTMENTS!!! It's not worth the money. Keep searching they're are better apartments and safe apartments elsewhere. Please make sure you see the apartment you move into before paying for anything. Check the cabinets they have roaches waiting to greet you. It smells like roach spray everywhere. Your a/c and hot water will work for the first two days after that they won't even come fix it. Forget about complaining. They don't care. They are all about they're money. The windows are broken. Especially don't move here with kids it's unsafe they can fall right out the windows. They will brake into your cars so you will have to constantly check your car. It's not cable ready you have to pay to get the wires running to your apartment. If you know what's best for you don't move to STADIUM SQUARE APARTMENTS!! MAKE SURE YOU SEE THE APARTMENT BEFORE MOVING IN, You've been WARNED!!!
I've been having issues with my air on and off since DECEMBER!
Temp is 77 already this morning. Last night was 84, and this has been over a week now like this. Best part is, they put a tiny window unit in my living room, the "policy" only allows 1 window unit that doesn't cool anything off at all... BUT THEY "DONT PROVIDE THIS POLICY TO RESIDENTS"
