I have been a disabled driver requiring high tech electronics for over 25 years and at Superior vans, safety has always taken precedence over sales. I have been disabled since 1976. Driving a modified van has been a necessity since then. I drive a 2016 Toyota Sienna minivan and absolutely love it. Stephen has been assisting me with modified vans for over 15 years. My last three vans were purchased with his help, knowledge and expertise: two through Superior Mobility and one minivan before that was purchased at the business Superior acquired. My every need has always been met down to the last detail. I would like to add that the whole staff, from the front office / receptionist to the guys in the back have always gone above and beyond to help me both courteously and quickly.
Diane Vo is another one of the Baton Rouge staff who helped us. She is ready with a smile and she is an expert with the mounds of paperwork that must be completed.

I have been going to Superior Van & Mobility in Baton Rouge since they opened as I was a long time customer of the local company they acquired. There are many things that keep me coming back to them, such as quality of service, dedication and desire to understand and meet the client's needs, but most of all safety.
Jay Singh worked tirelessly with my disabled husband, Bob, and me on our first purchase of a conversion minivan. We settled on a 2017 Toyota Sienna and we are very pleased, and Bob is not easily pleased. Jay was very easy to work with in that (1) he is not one of those hard pressure salespeople, (2) he answered all of our many questions, (3) he went the extra mile (literally miles) to make sure Bob was happy, and (4) he made sure I was comfortable in securing Bob's power chair.
