The WORST customer service ever!! LORNA GRIFFIN has the nastiest attitude & is very rude!! No wonder the USPS is failing. Its employees are the worst!!!!!!!! They fail to realize they NEED customers now more than ever. It's fine though, UPS & FEDEX will eventually take over
I have been attempting to contact someone at that location for the last 6 months and can never reach anyone by phone. I wish someone would answer the phone there. I have been a customer there for over 10 years and I have never felt this type of disconnect.
I sent mail priority $6:45 and 2 letters regular stamped Mail Wednesday last week stamped mail made it in two days can't find my priority mail and can't get a live person never will use post office mailing system again not worth the aggravation.
I have had to call to verify receipt of packages or mail. Inside service gets busy, but hey, its BR, Hundreds of thousands of people. They are friendly and quick. The new system slowed them down a bit, but hey, its OJT. Be patient. Thanks guys..and ladies.
