Interesting places to shop such as Ideal grocery with great hispanic cafeteria, grocery and butcher. Also a Harbor Freight discount tools. Outside and parking lot not well kept, consequently not very inviting.
A staple for the area for many years. Until the flood, Burke's was here. But now their building sits empty waiting for a new business to take it's place.
The new Dollar Tree store is very nice. The Ideal Market has delicious Oaxaca cheese in the deli, flan and pastries in the bakery, and fresh fruit juices in glass barrels, sold by the cup. The fruit and vegetables are interesting and good. The cakes in the bakery, just inside the door are beautiful.
The food was pretty good in ideal market. But there drinks are amazing. Info just for them .
Old center. Has a Mexican grocery store. A sonic and a few other stores like harbor freight
