Rue21 in this shopping center is closing down this week and I needed clothes for graduation and we ended up saving $408 there with buying a bunch of other stuff. There's even 2 shoe stores, Shoe Carnival and Shoe Station! I love it because it's near me and it's near target if I need to go grocery shopping!!
Parking lot is dirty. Vagrants are in the area. Definitely on the low end side.
Great shopping center with an awesome array of stores. However, it is a bit crowded, and slightly difficult to get in and out of, depending on the time of day.
