This business cancelled my first appointment because they said they were moving to new location. I rescheduled for a new appointment. I received two text and an email confirmation with their address and phone number. I showed up to my appointment to find an empty building and when I tried to call, no one answers the phone. I will NOT do business with Revive ever again. The business should AT LEAST update your website to reflect that you've moved and are not open.
My experience here was awesome. The receptionist was so sweet and professional. And my facial was so relaxing. I fell asleep for a second! My skin feels soft and clean. I recommend this spa and I will be coming back as often as I can.
I WOULD GIVE TRIPLE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD. I PURCHASED A MASSAGE FROM GROUPON FOR MY MOTHER AS A MOTHERS DAY GIFT. I WAS TOLD I HAD TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. MY MOM CALLED AND SCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEK OR TWO. SHE TOLD ME, SHE GOT A (((TEXT))) AN HOUR BEFORE DRIVING AN HOUR AWAY THAT THE APPOINTMENT HAD TO BE CANCELLED BECAUSE THEY WERE MOVING TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION. SHE THEN TRIED CALLING AND SCHEDULE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT BUT WAS UNABLE TO. THIS IS A BUNCH OF B.S BC MY MOTHER NEVER RECEIVED HER MOTHER'S DAY PRESENT. I ADVISE ANYONE WITH COMMON SENSE NOT TO GO THERE. THEY GIVE YOU LIES AND B.S ABOUT YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT WITH THEM. I WISH I WOULD OF JUST WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.. I'M TELLING YOU THIS NOW!!!
