From the moment I walked in and Angela greeted me, I felt comfortable and was impressed with the abundance of information she offered; everything from the products sold in the store, to info regarding tax write offs for health care. Ms Jena was my masseuse, and dare I say unparalleled in her profession. Ms Jena was attentive, caring, and knowledgable; willing and able to accommodate my concerns and commentary. Thank y'all for the wonderful experience, all of the helpful information, the cold bottled water and the bath soaks!
The BEST massage I've ever had. Not even exaggerating. I never/rarely write reviews, but I had to this time because this place is top-tier. From the ambiance down to the skills of their massage therapists (Jena), this place has nailed it.
I have purchased many massages for family, friends, and customers at various other spas over the years, but this was my first personal experience receiving a massage, and while admittedly not having much to compare it with, I cannot imagine a more professional, and pleasing environment to be had anywhere else. Jena was the consummate professional, and was careful to make it a very pleasant experience for me and make me feel very comfortable and important. From now on, it’s where I will be purchasing personal spa experiences for family, friends, customers, and of course myself. These folks are doing it right.
