Never had a bad experience. Visited several different locations and many different therapist and was pleased with them all.
The massage I received was so great I signed up for a 6 month membership. Due to my busy schedule and relocating, I couldn't make it back on a monthly basis to receive services. I called to cancel my membership and told her that I was too busy and relocating and she told me all I had to do was come in the store and fill out a paper to cancel my membership and it would be given to the manager for review. I visit the store maybe two days later only to be told I had to have a doctor's note explaining why I cannot no longer receive services or move 25 miles away from a store location. So in short, I was not able to cancel my membership. Every month since I signed up I was charged a membership fee for services I never received. I never went back! My membership was suppose to end in January. I was charged this month for services as well. I called the store and the lady asked why didn't I cancel my membership. I explained to her that I tried but it didn't even matter because my contract was suppose to be up in January and there was no way I should. E getting charged. I called the store every day since trying to speak with a manager and he or she is never there anytime I call according to the receptionist. I even sent two emails that still haven't been responded too. Just a horrible experince for me!
Loved it here. They made me feel so special. I was welcomed into the place. Very calming music. Definitely coming back.
Massages were good. Nice environment. My complaint is that I bought a membership and ended up losing 4 massages due there never being any availability every time I called to schedule. Was usually told we are booked and then disconnected.
