The manager of the location was off. Could tell from how he interacted with other customers vs me he would have rather me not be there. The other staff was really nice and welcoming. I personally will not return to this location.
Firestone on Plank Rd was amazing! I had a flat from a pot hole and even though they were super busy they made room for my car and got a new tire on immediately. I was very impressed and happy with the service.
They take their time with your car. I've waited hours for my vehicle but it's always worth it. I travel a good distance passing up others firestones just for this location. This is the only place I've let touch my car.
