Slow service even though I made an appointment. I had to point out after an hour of waiting that my truck hadn't even been taken back yet. They did make it right and comp my oil change so I can for sure appreciate a management that corrects problems!
As I drove my vehicle out of the compound I noticed moments later that my vehicle was overheated after they finished. Long story short they don't own up to their work. I agree that the starter is hard to get to; some hoses need to be moved out the way and the anti-freeze was one of them. The mechanic said that this was not their fault since they refilled it back up and said that the fan wasn't working therefore it overheated. I told them to check the antifreeze level and it was dry as a bone. It took over 2 gallons to fill up and the fan started working since now there is coolant inside. Not only did they not apologize but they take no responsibility for their work and Meineke on Coursey is WORSE than walmart for forgeting to refill the antifreeze yet charging well over $100/hr labor for negligence and refusing to own up to their name and work! Why would they allow a car to be finished when fluid is coming out and things are flapping underneath the car. The radiator is dry as dirt yet the Steven the manager said he gave me an extra free diagnosis for a mess up they did. On the other hand the owner was very nice and kind. He gave me a lift and very pleasant man
These people are scammers!! From the workers to the owner!! I purchased a tire recently and was told I had a warranty on it and when I go to check on the warranty because something happened to the tire they tell me I didn't have a warranty. I was told I did when I purchased the tire from one of the workers and now none of them know who he is. The owner was looking at the previous history and saw that I had inquired about a transmission and asked what happened with that? I told him what happened and said dodge gave me a better deal for that issue and he replied " go see if they'll give you a better deal for a tire". The sad, I've spent a lot of money with these ppl in the last year! I will never give these people my money! The owner is Richard and he's horrible and don't care for the customers .
Horrible service! Went to have my alternator changed and an oil change. Guy told me it would take about 3 hours. Here it is over 24 hours later and my car still isn't ready!!! Said they were having trouble getting the alternator back in and called telling me that my whole front end needs to be changed or my wheel would fall off. Called at 9 this morning and they tell me the tech whos working on it had car problems this morning. It is now 1:22 pm THE NEXT DAY and I still don't have my vehicle!!! NEVER AGAIN!
I love this shop! I've been coming to this location for over a year. The store is clean and friendly even on a Saturday morning
