I waited 40 minutes after 10 before attempting to find a store manager. When I told the store manager she seemed completely unconcerned that her employee was nearly an hour late.
I have an OLD (60+ years) Sears Kenmore sewing machine I was trying to get fixed. I called 6 different numbers and got transferred to EXACTLY the same pre-recorded message each time. I never actually spoke to a person, never got to make the arrangements to get it fixed, and was asked to provide my phone number each time. Why? If I'm calling a specific store, one would assume that I'm calling one near me to make the inquiries. I suppose I'll go to an OUTSIDE repair shop to have my SEARS sewing machine repaired. And I certainly won't be buying another one from Sears!!!
The price was right but package pickup sucks. Everybody will take care of you but no one will fulfill their job.
This is poor management at it's finest. She didn't attempt to contact her notary or anything. As far as I'm concerned, 40 minutes late to work means you're fired.

I have tried to reach anyone at Sears Mall of Louisiana for over an hour. No one answers. The phone hangs up after a number of calls. Finally a message came on that said Sears Mall of Louisiana is not available. I needed to return a damaged item for my 3 year old granddaughter before I return to Austin on Saturday. This place is really jacked up!!!!!
So I tried to go to the notary. Supposed to open at 10:00 am week days.
