Can never find great clothing Luke 10-15 years ago
My favorite place to shop.
The staff is somewhat polite. However they’re also understaffed as far as cashiers goes. The staff on the sales floor act like they shouldn’t be bothered by questions ( i literally saw one huff and roll her eyes when an elderly woman asked if she could bother her with a question ). There is no specific register for returns , so you stand in a cashiers line for 15 minutes for something that should take 2. There isn’t anyone behind the jewelry section to assist with locked up jewelry items.
The store itself is clean but very poorly mapped out.
As their stores go this one is fairly good but I find the selection to be somewhat limited. It may be that you just need to go on a more regular basis than I do in order to get the good stuff.
Shopped here often, had very friendly workers at first, then a new manager named Lucy came and all my favorite helpful friendly faces were gone. Corporate should really check out this store.. It's not the same.. She makes you feel very uncomfortable as soon as you walk in the door. Not Good. It doesn't deserve one star.. Sorry.
