I used them twice and will never go back. After they perform whatever procedure is needed. You will never hear from them again.
I have had the same issues as Alexa Dietrich below. I have never given medical professionals a google review, but felt as though I had to on this one. I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of Dr/nurse help and/or assistance. I will never go back here. This is not how medical professionals should behave. It is unacceptable and no one should stand for it.
My experience with GA has been frustrating to say the least. When you call the office, you're only allowed a few options- none of which allow you to speak to a real person. Whether it's scheduling an appointment or trying to speak with a doctor, you must leave a message with their secretary. Getting a return call is almost impossible. I've been waiting for over a week and a half for test results that should have been immediately delivered to me. I've called several times, left several messages, and still no one cares enough to get in touch with me. They are VERY unreliable and have made a simple digestion problem turn into a two month long goose chase that has given me no answers.
I don't know about any other doctors because the only doctor that my spouse has seen in this Clinic is Dr. Bae and what I got to say about him if we can give zero Stars I would he don't know his ass from his head... he probably got his M.D from Walmart
I have been a patient of Dr Oubre for more then a few years. Dr Oubre is a awesome doctors, its what you have to go through to get too him!! I probably have to take this medication I am on for my stomach for the rest of my life, well it turns out because there is still a unpaid balance from a few years ago, that I have tried to pay on regularly until my husband had a stroke in 09/2016 I have never been denied medical visits with him until this last time when i tried to get a appointment for my prescriptions to be refilled. Their lady, her name was Tammy in in the financial office has denied me further medical attention because of this... I will take this to a new level on my part, its just that I will miss Dr Oubre cause he is a great gastronologist...
