Very unprofessional. Staff that was working were stuck up and very immature and this was the location off of Florida . I’ve never been treated any worse, I can’t believe they hire these people . Your supposed to be treating people with respect especially in a pawn shop business. I walked into here not hurting financially at all , this has nothing to do with money, this has to do with treating others how you want to be treated no matter what business your dealing with . If I could go lower then 1 star I would give the location off of Florida a negative.
Felt play got 2 woofers sold us a beat up box with two 10's in them the woofer box was busted cracked and they tried to hide that by going around the box with nails then when we brought the box back they said we should have payed attention to it so they get mad with'cha when you want ya money and have an attitude that's bad business if you ask me never again. .......
Been coming here for years really to just buy stuff like dvd,s games etc. I never really had to pawn anything but today I did. The guy who helped me was very helpful and freindly. I got a great deal and was out the place quick. Id recomend people to come here.
