Elgin's is the best. Their staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable about all of their items. They always remember your name when you walk in the door which makes you feel at home because you know they truly care about their customers. This is the only jeweler I suggest to my friends!

After going to another shop, I learned that they didn’t properly put the sleeve in and lost most of the sleeves that went with the pins to secure the links in place. Thankfully, I had one sleeve and the other store was able to fix it. I will now have to contact Shinola (the watch company) for more pins and sleeves.
Fiance bought my engagement ring at Elgins. When we came to look initially, I felt customer service could have been better. However, when he finally went back and purchased the ring they went above and beyond to make sure he had it in time for the proposal he had planned. Haven't had to come back for a cleaning yet, but I am confident they will take care of me.

I took my Shinola here to have a few links taken out. They charged me $15 dollars and it fell apart where they took the links out a week later.
