What a joke for customer service. I have been getting all of my suits cleaned there plus 6 shirts a week for 8 years now. I have continued to go there because it is convenient to my house, but no more. With hideous customers service like that from the owner, they will be out of business soon anyway. Practically theft on the part of Prestige Cleaners.
Just Love Prestige Cleaners. The ladies (and gentleman) that work the front desk are the best ever. Our clothes are always perfectly pressed and ready for pickup the next day.
The owner , Steve, refused to place the shirts. He said "they were cheap shirts and were worn out." I got them for Christmas 5 months ago.
