Used to be my fav now im done. The delivery guy jacked me out of $10. And when i called the store the manager said he must have thought it was a tip. Tip my behind. Im reporting them. And he never returned when she said she sent him back to give me my change.
They delivered my pizza with a piece missing!!!! Eat at your own risk! Twice I ordered pizza and they said it would be 30 minutes only to call an hour and a half later and "the driver tried to call but it went straight to voicemail." Maybe the driver doesn't have good phone service but I had full signal and no missed calls. And this has happened twice.
This is by far the worst dining experience I've had at a pizza place. We walked in and ordered a pizza to eat there at 6:12 p.m. We were told it would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. 20 minutes later, my husband goes to check on the pizza, and was told it would be a few more minutes. At 6:50 p.m. he went back to check on the pizza again and it was in the warmer. The manager (Ray Jr.) said they did not bring pizzas to the dining area and seemed unconcerned when my husband showed him the receipt where we had waited 40 minutes for the order. Ray's response was " It wasn't me....I just got here." Ray then turns to the kitchen staff and yells "now they are pissed." Furthermore, while sitting in the dining area we constantly hear Ray Jr. cursing non-stop at employees about other employees. I can only assume that Ray Jr. is the owners son and nothing will be done about this. I hate that we drove 2 hours to eat at this restaurant.
Real good. The only place open at 2 am. The pizza boxes are pink and wings are very flavorful.
P.S. I also don't like my pizza crust burned either. I'm not into blackened pizza.
Worst experience ever. Manager Ray Jr should not be allowed to manage a pet rock sales kiosk. Wait 40 minutes to get a pizza that looked like it went through the oven twice. Burnt almost black. And what's ray's response? "Wasn't me, I just got here." I guess it's a good thing for him his dad is the owner. Otherwise, he would be out of a job I'm sure. If you ever get the chance to eat at hungry howies in baton rouge, pass.
