Poor they never pick up calls late night, look for a food truck fellas!
I've probably ordered a couple of dozen lettuce wraps over the last two years. Today they sent out a bun sandwich by mistake. But that's not the issue. They quickly sent out a replacement without asking for the original sandwich back. I thought that was terrific. I live on a one way street. Both drivers turned around to leave going the wrong way. I was able to flag down the first driver and warn him, but not the second. I decided to call the restaurant and thank them for the replacement and suggest they warn their drivers about the street so they don't get a ticket or have a wreck. When I got a manager on the phone he declined to give me his name. JJs has my full name, my address, and I'm in their online ordering system with payment info. I'm calling trying to help and even give a compliment and this young man won't give me his name and was condescending when I asked for it. I really like the food so that's why I'm giving them three stars instead of two. But I'm done with them for the foreseeable future.

The management staff here are incompetent jerks and all hate their lives and want you to hate your life too. If you are glass then you'd be better off than going to this abomination of a restaurant. I'd rather roll around in toxic waste.
I called to place a delivery order and I was told that I was out of range. I was perplexed, since this location is literally 5 minutes from my house (I Google Mapped it!) and because only other nearby store, the one Downtown, is only open until 5 on weeknights... so I KNOW I've had deliveries from the Perkins Road location before. I expressed this to the cashier and he insisted that they could not drive 5 minutes to my home. I politely said, "That's a bummer, you're losing a customer" and he hung up on me! I was appalled by his rudeness and I will not return.
