Appointment dates were constantly rescheduled. Charged $125 to replace two tub washers. Had to come back times for a simple repair.

I won't ever hire another plumber again. These are just polite people that know their job well.

I've been using Randy and his crew for about 20 years to maintain personal and rental properties in Baton Rouge. I moved away about 8 years ago and still...... all the way from Tucson, AZ..... there is no one I trust more to help maintain my properties. I refuse to use any other plumber!!
Refused to give me a written quote. Called numerous times about getting a written quote but never did receive one. Went with another another plumber and he was $700 cheaper for the same work.
