Yesterday my parents were having an issue with their hot water heater and I called Roto Rooter. They sent Gerry to my parents home and he was able to diagnose and fix the issue. My parents felt very secure having such a professional technician come out. I highly recommend Roto Rooter.
Terrible experience. They charged me $145 for a 20 minute fix that required no parts. They did this work before sending me a quote that I asked for. Outrageous.
I see why the reviews are so low, Dottie (lady who answers the phone) was extremely rude to me when I called to see what time the guy would be here. Do not recommend them! I'm all about great customer service, but she was horrible. The guy, Larry was sweet when he came to do the job.
If there's anyone else you can call, I urge you to do so. I don't know how these people stay in business. Just awful service and outrageous prices.
LAST WEEK I CALLED OUT A PLUMBER,BECAUSE MY HOT WATER WASNT GETTING HOT. ALSO I JUST MOVED INTO MY NEW HOME.I PICKED A COMPANY I THOUGHT WAS KNOWN FOR A WHILE.THE GUY ASKED 5 TIMES MY ADDRESS. I LET THAT GO, ONCE HE GETS THERE ,HE SAYS MY HOT WATER HEATER IS 10YEARS OLD AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED,COST$1600 SALES $600 LABOR.. FINDS OUT, I WASNT TURNING THE KNOB CORRECTLY TO HOT WATER.. GUESS WHO WILL NOT GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN.
