Waitress needed some better people skills. When she finally came to take my drink order I ordered my food. When she brought my food she put it on the table in passing never spoke a word. Sat the plate down and kept on walking. I had to get another waitress to refill my drink, when I finally got her attention to bring my check had my wallet out and card on the table she again dropped check off and kept walking. Put the check right next to the card. It took another 10 to 12 minutes for her to come and get it. And again when she brought the check for me to sign she never stopped walking dropped on her way by the table.
Good food good service. Definitely would recommend. The workers are all at work and r not slacking they r really nice. The food came out nice and hot. The drinks were cold. And you can say I left a happy camper.
HORRIBLE service, my husband and I had to move THREE times and still ended up leaving. Waitresses were standing near our first table, literally screaming and cursing. We moved to the bar, same problem except they were louder. The bartender apologized and tried to save the visit. The manager told two of the girls to calm down and stop being loud and obnoxious, the COMPLETELY ignored him. We moved from the bar to a table. The bartender told the girls to chill out because we’d complained about the noise and vulgar language. The waitress looks over at my husband and I and says, “f*%k them!” Needless to say we walked out, but spoke to the manager on duty prior to leaving. DO NOT bring kids here and take it from me, you can get a better meal and service at Hooters or TJ Tibs which are right down the street from Twin Peaks. WORST DINING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
Friendly, beautiful, and charismatic servers. Service was fast and on point. I did not wait long on my food. The food was pretty good but not great.
I frequent twin peaks on a weekly basis across the country. This location did not have the in house brews even tho they are on the menu I ordered a dirty blond and the server gave me shock top not the same thing. Also when I paid my bill the server gave me ¢90 less change . So I asked her where my change is and she said oh we don't have change in that register. I'm not cheap but it's about principle. Also when I brought the beer issue up to the mgr he said that weird let me check to see if the house brew was empty and he never returned. This place needs a corporate visit to get things in order.
