I have rented from this location several times and have never had a bad experience. The lady behind the counter was nothing but nice and helpful. She did whatever she could to give me the car I needed and suggested additional items but was not pushy. She is dedicated to making your experience a positive one and she has never disappointed.
Worst customer service experience you will ever have. Promise! The woman behind the counter is not nice. She does not care how much extra money she charges and I think she might have giggled a few times as she added additional charges. I was told that with taxes my total was going to be 170 for a car. This is a great price considering I got a Ford escape for an entire week. Then the lady told me I didn't have to bring the car back until Wed since Wed to Wed would be a week….she said it was THE SAME PRICE….again she neglected to tell she would charge me after a certain time. ended having a bill of $300 and the only thing this woman said to me was "you should call the place you rent from, they have their own rules" !!!!! how rude! Do not be a victim of this company and their lies….Enterprise may charge a few dollars more….but the service is WORTH IT
Made reservations for a truck that wasn't available for pickup. However, Kerry didn't stop searching for a truck until he found one. Though, I'd already left town, it was the fact that he was dedicated enough to continue looking instead pretending he was going to look and never returning my call. I've had some bad experiences with Avis, but Kerry has changed my mind.
