MY RENTAL EXPERIENCE WITH HERTZ WAS EXCELLENT, THE CAR WAS GREAT, THE SERVICE WAS GREAT AND THE PEOPLE WERE HELPFUL.
Great customer service and nice car. It could have been cleaned better, windows were spotted , interior and exterior were dusty. Overall, car ran fine, though and I dropped off in different location which was helpful. Insurance for one day was very costly at $59.00 for full coverage on my vehicle plus liability insurance for other vehicle in the event of an accident. No deductible though, which was good.
Car was good and the booth lady was wonderful and prepaired
The reservation online, pick up and drop off for my rental went very smoothly. The customer service with the attendants was excellent.
