Messy, messy store.... return policy is enough to never shop the store again!
The store was a crowded, unorganized mess.. didn't have one sale associate ask if I needed help.. when I finally found something I was looking for, I stood at the empty check out counter for ten minutes.. no one ever came, so I place my items down, and left. Angry and upset.. I love their clothes but this was the worst experience I've ever had with any retail store. Corporate needs to step in...
Every single time I go into this store it is a complete mess (I know customers not putting things back where they got them do tend to be part of the mess problem being I work in retail as well, and I can sympathize with that) but this is just beyond a lazy customer. I mostly shop in the plus-size section and I swear nothing is ever in order, you have to dig around just to find multiple sizes of one shirt. It's frustrating, shopping online seems to be my only option, and if I didn't have to put at least 1 star I wouldn't put any at all.
If you are 21 this is a GREAT store to shop at. If you are 12 it's even greater.
this place is unorganized (very very messy)i have to shop online to be able to buy stuff from this store that is how messy it is the products are mixed in with other products .
