I will NEVER shop at this place again. Can you say attitude nasty! The signs offers deals that they don’t stand by, my son in law was late for our church Gala because they left the hard white sensor tag on the back tail end of the suit coat, the man in the store measured him for a dress shirt that he needed for that nite. But he couldn’t wear it because you guess it the shirt wouldn’t fit. And they ask you not to open the pack to see if the shirt would fit, now I have to go back to this hateful place To return this mess.
Store was clean. Staff was courteous. However, product line and show room (brands) seem lacking.
By far the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. I came in to simply get a pair of black slacks and got completely ignored, no greeting , no help and barely an employee in sight. They watched me walk up and down the store looking for help and not one person acknowledged me. I wouldn’t send the lowest of the lowest person to shop there and I definitely won’t be back and I will be making sure the corporate office knows how Trash this stores service was.
This is the worst customer service I have ever received while spending money in a store. I bought a vest and noticed that a button was loose at the ck out counter, asked for a discount and they said oh we can fix it in 5 min. Ten min later, they had not even started on it. Got in argument with they Taylor. Not a happy customer, would rather spend more money somewhere else for better service.
