Really wish there was an even lower rate. Cannot even make an appointment properly. Customer service was even worse.
Bad experience. Don't go. The staff are so unfriendly. One of them said they were going to verify my insurance in two days, I called one week later, nobody did that. The day before the appointment I called and ask whether or not the appointment is 10:30am, the girl answered the phone said yes(she didn't check at all). The next day when I arrive they told me its 1:30pm and they surely think it's my mistake and didn't even apologize and the next available appointment would be almost 2 months later. Don't go there, they are bad. i wish I could give negative rating.
BAD EXPERIENCE. Went here to do a simple cleaning. They wanted me to do x-rays. I didn't want to. They asked repeatedly by different people if I wanted to do them as if I was going to change my answer and I repeatedly told them no. The main dentist even came in and asked me again as if they had a serious problem with me not getting them. Very unhappy with them not respecting my time or my decision. I did not schedule a new appointment with them because of the bad experience... Then about 6 months later they call me for my "appointment". When you answer it is a recording asking to confirm appointment. You can't tell them that you don't want the appointment because it is recording. So you just don't confirm. But then I get 5-7 more calls over the course of 3 weeks. When they called my brother (because his number is in my voicemail) that was the last straw, and I finally called them and told them to stop calling me. They said they would make me "inactive". Very terrible experience. Would NOT recommend to anyone.
I HATE the dentist and I love coming here. Ive seen both Daly and Uzee-Cook and love both. Never a bad experience. Very personable and the staff remember you as if you just went recently. Am now switching my daughter from her pediatric dentist to this practice instead. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend.
