Love it here. Been a member for almost 2 years now and have never once had a bad experience. They always work appointments around my schedule and give follow up calls the day before to ensure I remember. Good hours, quality service, and very friendly staff.
They switch up dentist frequently, you never know what type of professional and/or the level of experience you'll receive. I received a filling 2 years ago that kept me away from their office for years. The tooth never stopped hurting, but I was afraid to go back for dental work after that experience and I got my cleanings elsewhere. Now that I can no longer take the pain, I called about having it looked at again based off their dental warranty policy. Being, I did not get my cleanings there the warranty is no-longer honored. As I think about it, I can actually appreciate them denying to warranty the work, I don't know what came over me to even inquire. I had the worst dental experience in my life with them and I've have some major work done! I won't recommend this recycling door of dentist to anyone, there has been 4 different dentist there in the short time I patronize this office. Find a private practice with a dentist who's vested in their work. The office staff is a recycling door as well.
This place has gone down hill. I went in to have a cleaning and check a tooth that was bothering me. The cleaning felt like they did a horrible job, then The Dr. comes in and is quick to say I need a root canal then sends in the billing girl and shes then pushing me to get it done now, I didn't have time to do it that day so I said I call to schedule they kept pushing on wanting to know the day, I then decide that I need a second opinion, So I called for my xrays the girl with billing hurried to the phone and with an attitude asked if I was trying to see another Dr. I said yes, she then again with an attitude says 'Well you need to come sign for them" I ended up getting a second opinion and guess what I didn't need a root canal, the Dentist did a filling with no problem, then the hygienist comes in and tells me she got the xrays from Coursey family, and she starts pointing out how I had some things in the pockets of my gums, she asked if the hygienist at Coursey family mentioned any of this? I told her no, I was so mad to know that the people here don't focus on what they really need to focus and how they over looked something that if not taken care of it can cause issues in my mouth. I will never come here again!!!!!!!!!!
It's been a long time coming, but I've FINALLY found a dentist that is capable, professional and TRUSTWORTHY! I would highly recommend Dr. Shelley and Bluebonnet Dental Care (Coursey location)! The staff and office manager are extremely helpful and a joy to work with.
This Dr. Breah Burkhalter is the worst dentist ever .I have had to go to her several times for the same problem while she plays process of elimination. She even has the audacity to ask me what I want to do about the problem . She's the damn dentist,how the hell would I know .Every time I have visited her I leave in pain. She told me I needed a root canal and after visiting a Second doctor that wasn't the case .The crown she order was too big and it wasn't sealed properly.She is a nice lady but very unprofessional .This is business nothing personal.
