Appointment availability was quick. All the staff was polite and informative. When you're there you don't just get a Dentist you are taken care of by a whole team. They are not pushy but, patient and explain your care and options with great detail. To my old dentist you're history
The Dentist was excellent he explained me with all options. The office manager was very patient to discuss with me about the treatment plan. One thing I noticed, there was African American lady who takes x-ray of my teeth before the procedure. She looks like a starter, she does not smile at all and she was doing her work painfully. She had to call another person to help her with her work. Other than that everything was great.
They are the best!! Excellent customer service, personalized attention, great doctors and personnel. Took care of my teeth problem really good and fast. By far, the best dentist office I've been.

Dr. Vincent and her staff are extremely kind, caring and professional. I have been to the Covington office multiple times and the service is nothing but impeccable every visit. I always feel like I am at home. Dr. Vincent takes time with her patients and listens to her patients concerns and needs. I have never felt uncomfortable or pressured thus I always feel at ease. The office offers a payment plan for services which is extremley reasonable and cost effective, which is true blessing. The office setting is inviting, beautiful and extremly peaceful. Honestly I have never been to a dental establishment that does nothing but make me smile every time I go. Thank you Dr. Vincent, you and your staff are God sent.
