Claude Louis, his company, his staff, their customer service is the absolute best in the area and I would go so far as to say the state. Their knowledge of electronics, persistence to correct the problem, as well as the pricing makes Dot Calm the absolute best choice for all of your electronic needs. I have been driving a hour to Baton Rouge for about 5 to 6 years now just for their service and it is ALWAYS worth it. I HIGHLY recommend Dot Calm to any and EVERYONE. No, I was not paid to leave this comment lol, I am just sincerely satisfied for all the work they have provided. If it plugs into a wall Claude and his team can fix it, if they can not fix it, it is officially broken.
Great service. Friendly and affordable! I visited several other shops in town and they were stiff-necked and pricey for screen repairs. Almost went with "mail-in" company [imasters] but when I found these guys, they returned my money, no questions asked and I got my iPad the same day from Dot Calm.
Spilt coffee on my 2009 Mac Book Pro. Tried to dry it out as best I could but it started acting screwy. Took it to Dot Calm thinking that it was most likely a goner. However, they were able to clean it and now my Mac is behaving normally again!
