Scammed Sprint Customer...
The last option I was given was to send my phone to Samsung for a replacement. Which would leave me without a device for who knows how long. Which doesn't seem like a fair option since I bought a Sprint phone, from a Sprint manager, at a Sprit store.
Cocoa is the best!!! I live out of state in Texas, but my mother and sister (who are on my Sprint plan) live in Baton Rouge. Cocoa takes care of them very well. She recently helped my 60+ year old mother find a new phone (which is not an easy task) and saved me money on my bill in the process! She is warm, friendly, personable, and she genuinely believes in helping her customers to the fullest. So, whenever my mother or sister has any issue or needs, I say, "just go to Cocoa and have her to call me." She is so awesome, that I think I'm going to wait until I come into town again so that she can help me upgrade my phone!!!! Great job Cocoa!!!!
Out of all the Sprint stores I have been to this one is the best store in Baton Rouge, as soon as you walk in you are greeted (which at the others ones you might be depending on they feel ) At this store when you walk in you feel welcomed, i was having a problem with my phone and was helped by a employee which name was Ashley and she was a sweetheart ,she gave me the options I could take and she let me make my decision and did not rush me or tried to hurry me out the door instead she wanted me satisfied and she was as nice as they come ! The next day I went back in but she wasn't there but there again I was greeted and felt welcomed and a employee by the name of Ayari assisted me and again she was very nice and helpful and very patience while I ask questions and she answered with a smile!! I will never walk in another Sprint store but this one because this store is where employees care about their customers, I did not see one customer while I was there walk out mad or dissatisfied!!!! I will say if you went into ANY other store you will know what I'm talking about. I have been a sprint customer for years and have never seen as nice employees as they were, by the time I was there a few mins every employee there spoke to me ...Derrick and a young lady named Tia which I have never had that happened at sprint!!!!. The only thing I can say is if you go to that store and walk out mad or dissatisfied it is because you went in there with a chip on your shoulder or you had already decided they wasn't going to help you beause these employees go beyond any expectations to help you . I just want to say thank you Ashley and Ayari and all of you at this store for being the best employees sprint has in Baton Rouge and now I don't have to dread dealing with sprint I will always come there!!!!
I would not recommend anyone switch to Sprint, or shop at their Baton Rouge locations. They do not care about their customers & it's completely obvious that they are ok with the suspect behavior of their store employees...
I called this Sprint store on Sept. 30th with questions about buying a phone online from Sprint & transferring service to Sprint pre-paid. The Store Manager Ayari told me she had a Sprint Galaxy S8 phone for sale and i could get it from her for a discount. She said it was brand new from Sprint and that she didn't want it, so she was selling it. The whole experience was completely horrible, a real nightmare. Not only did she use profanity in front of me & my 8 year old son, but I found out 2 days later that the device was defective. I contacted her right away and told her the phone did not work. She has been rude and hostile towards me every time I have contacted her about the defective device. I did find out she sold me a free phone she won in a sales contest. Yes that us right, i went to the Sprint store & bought a phone that the Store Manager won in a sales contest. I was told to do a insurance claim, but found out my insurance wasnt set up correctly. Then i was told by customer support that they would do a warranty replacement but that too was a lie. I have contacted the store managers at the Acadian location, the Seigen Lane location, and the Airline location trying to get in touch with the new District Mgr. Me Sandy. Since the previous District manager was just let go. After leaving numerous messages because no a store manager will give out contact information for a district mgr., I finally got a call back last Thursday. Ms. Sandy promised to contact me back within 24 hrs & that was another lie. That was 4 days ago and Ive had this broke phone that doesnt connect to the Sprint Nerwork, doesnt send txt mgs., and over heats when you charge it for a month today. I have made numerous attempts to get a new device or have this one exchanged & they will not assist me.
I have to say this is the best Sprint store by far, I went in to get service with them and Darrious went above and beyond to help me. This is the best customer service I ever experienced.

I had a wonderful experience with Josh and Leslie. When I walked in I was readyto terminate my services and switch to another provider. They were extremely helpful and patient. with me. They were determined to resolve my issue. Thank you for providing customer service .
Please beware of Sprint epecially at the Corp. Blvd location. They allow their managers to scam their customer, use profanity at work in front of your children, & they refuse to return calls or give out email addresses or contact information for district managers. Not that it really matters because they just lie to you too.
