My husband and I have been on the hunt for a new sectional after several months we finally found the one we wanted at American Factory Direct. Josh our salesperson was very friendly and helpful and not pushy as some sales people can be. It was a very easy process and he made sure I understood everything, Blair was very nice and friendly at the cashier department as well. I enjoyed both the old location and now the new. The store associate was very helpful and answered all of my questions...even through my lengthy visit he was still patient. Other associates smiled and greeted as well. The sofas are so nice and such a variety of styles and textures. I will definitely be back.
After searching at several Baton Rouge furniture stores for a dresser and chest of drawers to match our headboard, we found exactly what we needed at American Factory. We initially had to go find someone to help us, but then Tanya came to assist us. Tanya was awesome and very helpful. She performed our transaction very quickly all the while being very personable. She then brought us to Blair to make payment and set up delivery. Blair was also very nice and didn't take long to complete the purchase. She scheduled our delivery in 1 week. We were very happy with our service at AFD!
I had a great experience at AFD with Tanya. I had been in to the store several times and no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. The first time I met Tanya I was shopping with a friend and she happily greeted us and asked our names. I didn't end up purchasing anything that day but I did return about a month later. When I returned Tanya was working that day, and just as before and gave a warm greeting with a big simile. I knew that she was the person that helped me on my last visit but i did not expect her to remember me. To my surprise she, not only did she remember me, but she was able to call me and remembered my situation. I was so pleased with the service she delivered that I returned several times to the store just to see if there was anything that I could purchase from her. She was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. I wish more salespeople were as warm and inviting as Tanya. This store is truly blessed to have her.
