Thoroughly enjoy my visits to American Freight. For the last few months I have been stopping in to check out the sofas as I wanted to upgrade the couch I purchased a few years ago from here. I spoke with Donald during those visits and he helped me feel comfortable about my choice and convinced my husband to get the warranty. I got my sister to put a couch on layaway (with the warranty as well!)
During my last visit, Donald assisted me through the process. The A/C was out at the store, but Donald and his coworkers were joyful and friendly despite the conditions being unfit for employees to work long hours. These employees deserve raises! Y'all have the best employees here!
Absolutely thrilled with our shopping experience, stellar customer service, great price, quality, same day delivery within a few hours. David helped us, made sure we were greeted right away he checked on us a few times but didn't hover, found us exactly what we were looking for.
