If I could give zero stars I would. I went for an appointment and was told Dr. was running on time. I went up a half an hour later only to be told oh you're not going to be seen anytime soon. There's still one person ahead of you. (Meaning she was one person ahead of me when I arrived on my lunch break for my appointment time...but I guess they don't consider that running behind) I called the office manager Tina and she picked the phone up and hung it up twice without even checking to see who it was so she could make her own phone call. Lady who answered let me know this is a place where you wait. 1 hour won't cut it. Also tons of urine in cups in the restroom with other patients names clearly written on them. I guess the lab lets them pile up before they get them out. All around awful. Go somewhere else
I am SO angry with the staff! They are truly the most incompetent people I've ever dealt with. They mess up scheduling, appointments for blood work, have very little courtesy and to be honest they discriminate against children. I love my doctor but the rest of them are so annoying and make me want to scream. Which is just lovely for a 7 month pregnant woman to be stressing over and dealing with.
Currently trying to find another doctor, I was a accused of using cocaine during my pregnancy and then lied to by the doctor that it was found in my system a second time when I never left a urine sample. Keep in mind when leaving your sample there are other people's samples there too that are not covered up which is VERY unsanitary. I asked her to fill out my husband FMLA so that he can intermittently come with me on doctor appointments and for the birth of our child and she refused to do so. Doctors and staff seems to be very unhelpful. Will never step foot there again!!!!
Dr. Jolie Bourgeois is the best!! She really cares about her patients and I have never waited longer than 20 mins to see her! Her nurses are great too!
Dr. Renee Harris and staff were absolutely wonderful! I felt genuine concern for my health and well being. Everything was explained in great detail and all questions answered. A special thanks to Amy for lifting my heart when I especially needed it!
