If they would answer the phone instead of immediately putting you hold that would prevent a lot of problems.
This place is horrible..they take hours to call you to the back to see the doctor..don't waste your time or energy..I had a appointment for 8:45 they didn't call me until 11 something!
What's the point in making an appointment if they can't make it. Appointment was for 9:30 it is now 11:00 and I'm still waiting. I do not recommend, go to a hospital or another clinic. I should have listened to the reviews but noooo I wanted to give them a chance. My mistake.
The wait was from 9:50 am until 10:47am then they take you in the back to another waiting room for another 15 Minutes because They let 2 people in the back room at the same time. The Dr is cool after l got him straight and told him about him self.
A bit slow.. But the doctors and staff are very patient, thorough, and caring. No complaints here :)
