Sitting waiting in the small room for 45 minutes.

Never got a call about lab work even though it was NOT in "normal" range. Called a few months later to schedule an appt with a different Dr. thinking it was him and his staff... Operator transferred me to his nurse to make an an appt with a different doctor. What was the point of that? Why couldn't she just schedule me? Anyway I hung up and am looking for a different gastro to see now.

Worst experience ever. It took 25 minutes to get signed in with only two patients ahead of us. We had a 9:30 appointment with Dr. Christensen and at 11:00 still waiting. This is unacceptable as a new patient with no explanation. Needless to say we will not see that doctor. We rescheduled to see Dr.Bergreen. Let's pray we have better results.

I would leave no stars if that was possible. I saw Dr. Reddy one time in the 3 months that I was a patient at this clinic. Not only did she failed to diagnose me, she offered me the "opportunity" to pay her $300 out of pocket for a yoga retreat that she ran to help me with stress. I called every day for a week to get ultrasound results until her nurse got tired of answering my call and the nurse read me the results herself. The real insult was the HIDA scan that Dr. Reddy's office ordered and didn't pre-certify it with my insurance. A year later and I'm still paying it off. Avoid this clinic!

Beautiful facility and great doctors, but the front staff is not helpful and needs some serious training. Had multiple issues regarding appointment times and paperwork not getting sent to the pharmacy so that my husband could receive his chronic medication. Additionally, they were not helpful when notified of the missing paperwork, and we were told to contact the insurance company ourselves. Which was less than helpful. As far as the appointment times go, we showed up and were told that they were running "slightly" behind schedule and asked to have a seat. We then sat there for about an hour. When we asked if they had an idea of how much longer it would be we were told that they were in fact 3 hours behind schedule. We had to leave because we took off the morning portion of work for the appointment and would have been late. We then received a bill in the mail for the appointment. However, once we contacted them everything was removed from our account.
